2) Processing of personal data
We process personal data of natural persons, which are given to us in the context of a business initiation and a later business relation. We only store and use further personal data if you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. because you contact us. If you have provided us with personal data, we will only use it to answer your iquiries, to process contracts concluded with you and for technical administration purposes. Personal data is all data that is used to identify a person. This includes name, address and date of birth.
3) Purpose and legal basis of data processing
Your data will only be collected for clearly defined and legitimate purposes, which serve to support the initiation of a contract or to process an already concluded contractual relationship or to comply with legal obligations. Data processing will only take place if you, as the person concerned, have given your explicit consent in advance. You must state explizit that you consent to the processing of personal data.
4) Disclosure of data
It is our highest concern to protect your data from misuse and unauthorized access. We only make your data available to trustworthy third parties – and only to a minimal extent, if and to the extent necessary for the further processing of your inquiry. This includes, among other things, the department of our company which deals with business transactions (e.g. EDP) or is involved in them (e.g. property management).

You may request the correction and – if the storage is inadmissible or no longer necessary – deletion of your data. 7) Obligation to provide data
You are obliged to make your personal data available if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the legal transaction. If you do not provide us with this data, no contract can be concluded between you and Immonow Services GmbH or an existing contractual agreement must be terminated. However, you are not obliged to provide personal data that is not relevant for the processing of a legal transaction.
9) Web Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies” (see point 8). The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. On our website, so-called IP anonymisation is activated in order to protect your data. In the Member States of the European Union or in other treaty states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, your IP address will be truncated by Google before it is transmitted to Google’s servers in the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. We use Google Analytics on our website to evaluate the your use of the website as a page visitor. This allows us to compile reports on website activity and to provide Immonow Services GmbH, the website operator, with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. As already mentioned under point 9), you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you can enable or disable them. In addition, you can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link.
10) Social Media
Immonow Services GmbH cooperates with various providers of social networks. When you use the Immonow Services GmbH website, your personal data, such as your IP address, is automatically stored by these providers. If you are logged into a social network and visit our website, this information is automatically sent to the social network service provider. We prevent this data processing as far as possible. Data processing takes place when you transmit an action to the social network through the use of plug-ins.

We take all technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data in the best possible way and thus protect it from unauthorized access by third parties. When sending very sensitive data or sensitive information, it is advisable to use the postal service, as complete security by e-mail cannot be guaranteed.
